Smartex was established in 1995 by our Managing Director, Mr. Ernie Poon. We started to work with U.S. buyers directly since 1997 and have been constantly expanding our customer base since then. We are now nominated trims supplier of a number of prominent U.S. buyers, including Gap, Target and Aeropostale.
Smartex now employs about 50 staff with offices in Hong Kong, China, Korea and India.
· Headquarter in Hong Kong handles Marketing, Shipping & Logistics, Accounts and Administration.
· Sourcing office in Dongguan, China handling Merchandising, Production and Quality inspection.
· Sales offices in Korea and India handles Marketing.
In 2006, we have relocated our merchandising, sourcing, logistics and quality inspection team to Dongguan, China and are now having a well-trained and supportive team with high capability and flexibility to accommodate customers’ needs. We aimed to keep improving ourselves to be one of the best and reliable suppliers in garment trims industry.
